We feel Aregood Technologies has enjoyed growth and success by practicing a basic concept: providing our customers with the best equipment on the market, backed by the friendliest, most knowledgeable sales, service and support staff anywhere – all at a fair price.
We believe in strictly following the manufacturer’s guidelines for servicing equipment. While this may seem like a simple concept, it is amazing how many dealers try to cut their service costs by not replacing parts until the equipment completely fails. This philosophy is known as the “see how long you can make it last” mode of service. While this is less expensive for the servicing dealer, it usually results in increased equipment downtime and frustration on the part of the customer.
By replacing all high-mortality parts as provided in the Toshiba Preventative Maintenance Kits and thoroughly cleaning and adjusting equipment according to the manufacturer’s service schedule, equipment will not only have fewer service calls, but will last longer and produce a higher quality product.
